Most of our commercial LED ranges are backed by a 5 year warranty, as shown on the relevant product page. Warranty cover and any exclusions are confirmed on the specification sheet and with your quote. If you need warranty wording for a tender or council package, email Sales@auraledlighting.com.au with the product SKU.
Yes. Product pages include Specification Sheet and IES Files where available. For project packs (multiple SKUs, mounting options, or photometric support), contact us with the product codes and site details and we will send the files you need for design and compliance reviews.
Lead times depend on the product, quantity and whether the item is in stock or made to order. We confirm timing on every quote — including any coastal or special finishes — so you can plan installation with your contractor. For programme-critical jobs, tell us your required on-site date when you enquire.
Yes for ranges built for that use. For example, our coastal bollards use 316 stainless steel and a separate root mount for Australian coastal conditions, and product pages list IP ratings (e.g. IP65 on solar park/street models) where applicable. Tell us the site exposure (coastal, high-salt, pool/plant rooms, construction) and we will point you to the right range.
